• Certified Prince2 or PmP/PMI
• Dutch with active knowledge of French (or vice versa). Active knowledge of English, certainly written.
• In-depth knowledge (technical & functional) of Genesys IVR and InfoMart
• Experience with call center system architecture, customization, configuration and integration projects
• Understand infrastructure landscape and interfaces
• Knowledge of Siebel
• Knowledge of InfoMart, BO and datawarahousing (in SAP BO)
• Ability to translate BU reqs into solution designs
• Experience with test approach/execution in Call Center environment
• At least 5 years experience in project management. |
• Facilitate and evaluate requirements analysis and requirements documents
• The person must be able to work independently.
